Do they offer free condoms?:
Yes

AIDS Response Effort (ARE) is a wonderful resource for those living in the northern Shenandoah Valley of Virginia that offers free HIV testing, treatment, and educational outreach. They are truly kind, non-judgmental people who want to help everyone who calls and walks in. They also have an array of free safer sex items (condoms, dental dams, lube, etc.) to help ensure you and your partners stay safe. If you're in the area, please go and get tested-- and bring a friend! They are conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Winchester, on the seventh floor of the Winchester Rehab Center a.k.a the site of the old hospital until Winchester Medical Center moved to its current location.
